The Scale


When I started this blog I didn't have a set date of when I weighed in. I had randomly weighted in and that just wasn't working for me. After a week when I jumped up I have decided that Wednesdays will be my weigh in day. However after weighing myself more than just one day I have decided that Monday's will be my new day after about 2 months. I know crazy right after the weekend, but it seems to be a better day for me and I want to record those day. Therefore, below is my journey with The Scale.


Hopefully my target number of 140lbs will be here soon! :)
